Meeting Ad Campaign Restrictions

• No Cancellation Clause
  Client agrees to rebook same meeting, same contract ingredients, at hotel within one year of cancellation. If meeting must cancel, hotel must be apprised at least 30 days before arrival.
• No Attrition Clause
  Meeting must have one-year history with similar type of hotel and be the same meeting by definition (i.e., biannual, annual, etc.).
• Free Meeting Space
  750 sq. ft. of space per day for every 25 hotel room nights occupied per day and/or two full-service F&B functions of equal size daily.
• Relaxed F&B Performance Clause
  Client will be responsible for 50% of contracted amount for nonperformance in banquet department (within hotels only).
• No Charge for No Shows
  Up to 10% of of the room block picked up each night.
• New Business Only
  Toledo Easy Meeting Package available to new business contracted as of December 1, 2009. Promotion concludes on December 31, 2010 and MUST be in cooperation with Destination Toledo.
• Room Rates Up to 50% Off
